3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect exclusively for the following purposes:
- To deliver the services you request: Conducting your free POS & Payments Profit Audit, preparing your Profit Report, and communicating findings and recommendations.
- To contact you: Calling, texting, or emailing you in response to your Audit request, to schedule and conduct the Audit call, and to deliver your results — only at your request and with your consent.

We will never use your information for any purpose other than those listed above without your explicit consent.
4. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information
MorePie does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or any other purposes.
This applies to all information you provide, including your name, contact details, business information, and processing statements. No exceptions.
We do not participate in data brokering, data exchanges, or any arrangement where your personal information is transferred to third parties for their independent use. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time or across different websites when you use our website.
5. When We May Disclose Information
We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With your explicit consent: If you choose to switch your POS or payment processor through MorePie, we will share relevant business information with the provider you have selected, solely for the purpose of setting up your new account. We will inform you before any such disclosure and only proceed with your approval.
- Service providers: We may use trusted third-party service providers (such as email delivery, hosting, or analytics services) that process data on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services for us and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website of any such change in ownership.
